Here are some of the badges cadets can get throughout the entire
4 or 5 years of service. Cadets have to attend courses to obtain these badges,
I will feature different badges when I update.
Marksmanship Badge
Cadets
go for practices at their nearest police station. They will learn how to hold
the revolver properly and learn how to aim. They will also go for a test shoot
at the Police Academy. They will get the marksmanship badge
after they pass their test. To pass they must get a minimum mark
of 55-65 depending on the distance away from the target. Cadets will
know their results immediately after the marksmanship
test.
Police Knowledge Badge
Police
knowledge courses are held twice a year at the
Police
Academy. OC (Officer in charge of the whole unit) will choose
2-4 cadets to go for the course each year. Cadets would
have to go to the Police Academy for 3 days. Lessons will be held on the the
first 2 days, cadets are required to take a "simple" test on the last
day and the results will be out in about 2week's time.
